I arrived here in the United States in Aug 1999. Hard to believe the days have passed by so fast! I initially arrived in the University of Cincinnati for a Masters in Industrial Engineering. I was there for 2 quarters of study, then upped and transferred to The Ohio State University in Columbus Ohio. It was a decision that was momentous in its own small way, but I don't think I have regretted it.
Graduate School was an amazing experience. Having slaved and grinded through undergraduate years in the University of Bombay back in India, it was a pleasure to do courses and subjects I enjoyed. Besides, people listened when you spoke here!! :-) I graduated in June 2003. Presently I work for a unit of OSU's Colleges Of Arts and Sciences called the Web Media Collective, as a Senior Systems Developer.
Sheenu agreed to marry me sometime in February 2004. I don't know what she was thinking. Well, we got hitched in December 2004 and now I make sure the toilet seat is always down. I am sure she will have her own website sometime soon, since she has to compete with the volumes of attention that this site is getting (approximately 3 hits every week, Thanks Sheenu!)
